Waldschütz's Gemischter Satz is special because it celebrates a traditional Austrian way of farming and winemaking that is becoming increasingly rare.
Rather than blending finished wines, different grape varieties (Grüner Veltliner, Müller Thurgau, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Weißburgunder, Gelber Muskateller, Frühroter Veltliner) are planted together in the same vineyard, harvested on the same day, and fermented together. This creates a naturally balanced wine where freshness, fruit, spice, and texture come together seamlessly.

A beautifully expressive blend with aromas of green apple, plum, alpine blossoms, grapefruit, and delicate spice with a touch of development.
